Juan Enciso and his family serve tacos every day but Tuesdays starting at 5 p.m.

The tortillas for the tacos are freshly made with a tortilla press.

Cheese goes on top for quesadillas or campechanas, which are quesadillas with meat. The tortillas can be cooked until crispy for vampiros.

Inside Taquería Mi Lindo Ajijic on the carreterra (highway) beside the Oxxo.

Radishes, green and red salsas, pickled onions, guacamole salsa, whole beans, limes, onion, cilantro, lettuce, and white cabbage. Pretty much all the fixins'.
