Cenaduría Elba

This dinner-only restaurant, called a cenaduría, serves the standard fair including pozole, tostadas, enchiladas, tacos dorados, sopes, huaraches (masa that’s rolled into an oblong shape, cooked and with beans, meat, cheese, cilantro, onion, salsa etc.), lonches and tortas, quesadillas, sincronizadas (like quesadillas but with extras like avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion and ham), burritos, pelliscadas, campechanos and more.
